With its distinctive green canopy and friendly cafe atmosphere, Garf's Deli is a popular place for downtown Norwich to meet and eat. Centrally located near the historic landmark Courthouse, the family-owned deli has been operated by Norwich natives and owners, John and Beth Stewart since 1992.

Garf's is proud of their specialty sandwiches as well as their classic sandwiches and wraps - and the vegetarian selection is enough to make a meat eater jealous. Warm breads and sub rolls come out of the ovens three times a day at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Homemade specialties include hummus, pesto, salsas, salads, soups, and fresh fruit smoothies.
